Meet Kamal Ben Ali

My name is Kamal Ben Ali, and I am the middle son of Ben and Virginia Ali, the founder of Ben's Chili Bowl. After running and building Ben's into a globally recognized brand for the past 40 years, founding the Ben's Chili Bowl Foundation in 2010, serving on multiple boards in leadership roles, and raising adopted twins, I have been called to do more.

Drawing on the legacy of my father, Ben Ali, and his role as a motivator, speaker, and teacher, I am making it my mission to elevate the lives of Black men and boys through purpose-driven leadership, faith, and community action. I have founded Ben Ali Motivation LLC and written the book "Ascend" in furtherance of this mission. Please let me know how I can be of service.
